ELO ECM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create processes and develop customized solutions in close partnership with clients

• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in utilizing their ELO ECM systems

• Conduct training sessions and facilitate user onboarding

• Install and set up ELO and its add-ons

• Organize and manage customer projects effectively

• Travel to client locations to deliver optimal solutions

• Several years of experience with ELO ECM systems

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clarify complex subjects

• Strong willingness to learn and capability to quickly adapt to new topics

• High motivation and dedication to achieving results

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Basic proficiency in the English language

• Proactive, committed, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively in a team
