ITSM Software Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate directly with clients to comprehend their needs, foster relationships, and manage expectations.

• Recommend solutions and implement best practices to address clients’ business challenges.

• Oversee the technical delivery and configuration of customers’ HaloITSM, HaloCRM, and HaloPSA implementations.

• Organize and facilitate functional design workshops.

• Develop design specifications based on standard features and customer needs.

• Question customer requirements when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical background in integrating or managing business software solutions, including ITSM, CRM, or ERP systems.

• Ability to contribute to important business projects.

• Familiarity with creating technical and client-facing documentation.

• Exceptional time management abilities coupled with a proactive and positive approach.

• Team-oriented individual capable of collaborating within project teams, both internally and in customer settings.

• Quick to adapt and proficient in handling a varied workload in a dynamic environment.

• High level of interpersonal and communication skills.

• Valid full UK driving license.

• Desirable: ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation Certification.

• Desirable: Experience or certification in the Halo platform (HaloITSM, HaloPSA, or HaloCRM).
