This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Maintain consistent communication with mid- to large-scale clients, comprehending their needs and feedback, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.

• Align client procedures and practices with validated HCM Cloud methodologies.

• Troubleshoot problems and recommend best-practice solutions.

• Identify business requirements and align them with Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Recognize functionality gaps and create solutions through process or design modifications.

• Configure Oracle Cloud to fulfill client needs and document application setups.

• Analyze and resolve functionality issues while pinpointing long-term solutions.

• Lead presentations for clients and internal teams.

• Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts related to their processes and systems.

• Manage scope and client expectations effectively.

• Oversee the execution of test scripts and provide necessary support.

• Engage in internal forums for training, collaboration, issue resolution, and innovative design.

• Facilitate knowledge transfer to clients.

• Create specification documents for technical object development.

• Drive innovative Oracle Cloud solutions, implementing and testing advanced enhancements and new functionalities.

• Manage and supervise client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

• Develop account strategies to maximize value for clients and Argano.

• Focus on maintenance, reconfiguration, and new functionalities or modules.

• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address issues or complaints promptly.

• Collaborate with clients on business objectives, offering strategic insights and recommendations.

• Work with sales, marketing, project managers, and other internal teams to align client needs with Argano’s offerings.

• Prepare and present regular reports to management and clients on performance metrics and account status.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Engineering is expected.

• An MBA or another relevant advanced degree is preferred.

• 5–10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field.

• Module-specific experience in areas such as Talent Management, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Payroll, Core HR, or Compensation.

• A demonstrated understanding of business practice concepts within the area of expertise.

• Proven track record of fostering long-lasting client relationships.

• Experience with at least three full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.

• Ability to grasp fundamental system design and its purpose.

• Proficient in engaging effectively at both business and technical levels.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Oracle certification in the area of expertise is preferred.

• Experience with OTBI, HDL, HSDL, BIP, and FastFormula.

• Capability to manage and deliver projects, including planning and estimating.

• Proven ability to support sales as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Awareness of challenges commonly faced by clients and support teams.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Capacity to manage priorities and multiple clients effectively.

• Self-motivated with strong planning and priority management skills.

• Experience in leading and managing mid-size client projects independently.

• Proven experience in delivering complex solutions to clients.

• Extensive knowledge across various technical domains and broad IT expertise.

• A solid record of successful project management and client satisfaction.

• Ability to manage senior-level client relationships with a focus on high-value and strategic clients.

• Capability to provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of client strategies.

• Ability to identify and nurture new business opportunities, including large-scale projects.

• Demonstrated innovation and creative problem-solving skills in client solutions.

• Capacity to create intricate data models and simulations for strategic decision-making.

• Ability to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

• Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations to executives and influencing decision-making.
