Senior C# Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design and manage backend applications using C# and .NET technologies.

• Assist in the transition from the Microsoft environment, which includes Windows Server and MS SQL, to Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Work closely with product managers, business teams, and stakeholders to create technical solutions tailored to intricate business needs.

• Introduce new functionalities and continuously improve existing applications—from requirement analysis to implementation and ongoing operations.

• Question requirements and bring innovative ideas to advance product development.

• Create practical solutions while taking into account business and technological dependencies.

• Maintain software quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and sound architectural decisions.

• Share your knowledge with the team and act as a supportive partner for colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of up-to-date experience in developing web applications utilizing C#/.NET.

• Strong proficiency in C#/.NET, relational databases (such as MS SQL), and APIs.

• Experience in product-focused development settings with complex business requirements.

• Solid understanding of software architecture principles, Clean Code practices, maintainability, performance, and security.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

• Experience in unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.

• Exceptional written and spoken English skills (minimum C1 level).

• Outstanding written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level).

• A proactive attitude towards ownership, contributing ideas, and engaging in continuous personal development.

• Active involvement with AI applications.
