This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +6 more countries.
• Gather, document, and verify business requirements from stakeholders.
• Perform fit-gap analysis for system or process modifications.
• Outline current-state and future-state business processes and pinpoint opportunities for automation or standardization.
• Ensure that requirements are in accordance with business strategy and compliance standards.
• Convert business requirements into comprehensive functional specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee precise implementation and testing.
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and resolution of defects.
• Validate implemented solutions against the original requirements.
• Collaborate with data and BI teams on data mapping, reconciliation, and the design of reporting.
• Aid in data validation and integration tasks between ERP and external systems.
• Maintain organized documentation of requirements, modifications, and decisions.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to key stakeholders.
• Work on finance automation projects for a global mobility and urban services platform.
• Engage in English, internal technical, client, and client fit interviews.
• Intermediate proficiency in the English language.
• Candidate must reside in the EU, Serbia, Georgia, Armenia, or Kazakhstan.
• Must be able to work within the CET time zone.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related area.
• Background in technology, finance, ERP implementation, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Proficient in process modeling using BPMN, UML, and flowcharts.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting tools, including Excel and SQL.
• Familiar with issue tracking, documentation, and collaboration tools.
• Understanding of testing methodologies and UAT coordination.
• Excellent analytical and structured thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Capability to manage numerous stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
• Willingness to receive feedback and work collaboratively.
• An English proficiency assessment will be conducted during the interview process.

• Single contract and a single monthly invoice.
• Monthly invoice payment, generally aligned with the client's payment schedule to Bonapolia (typically 30 days).
• Contract governed by the laws of the candidate's country.
• Bonapolia manages all client-side paperwork, including MSA, NDA, and invoicing.
