This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the extensive adoption of technical and process improvements across Aspirion’s operational teams.
• Lead and manage change initiatives within operations teams by leveraging continuous improvement strategies and best-practice evaluations.
• Assess, outline, and design business workflows along with client journey diagrams.
• Organize process mapping workshops and uphold comprehensive documentation systems, including version control and approvals.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to recognize and implement automation potential and continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct change impact evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and readiness activities.
• Oversee approval workflows and facilitate adoption through effective communication, training, and hypercare support.
• Partner with teams to create test cases, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), resolve issues, and guarantee smooth integration across service lines.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs, formulate control plans, and monitor ROI for changes that have been implemented.
• Generate and distribute monthly updates regarding process and tool modifications.
• Keep records and schedules of changes.
• Promote best practices across operations.
• Evaluate the impact of AI/Machine Learning innovations on workflows and their interoperability with external systems.
• Contribute to outcomes for hospital and health system partners.
• Demonstrated capability to lead the assessment, redesign, and enhancement of business processes through data-driven approaches.
• Strong skills in root-cause analysis.
• Ability to foresee downstream consequences of process modifications and make informed choices.
• Proficiency in workflow mapping and facilitating organizational transformation.
• Skills in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Competence in presenting to diverse audiences, leading group discussions, and clearly articulating complex concepts.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in high-paced environments with meticulous attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects with measurable improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Visio, along with other relevant process improvement tools.
• High standard of ethics, accountability, and trustworthiness.
• Preferred formal education in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline, though equivalent experience will also be accepted.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is mandatory.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred.
• Additional certifications in Change Management, Project Management (e.g., PMP), or Agile methodologies are advantageous.
• 3–5 years of direct experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation roles.
• Experience in the healthcare sector or revenue cycle management is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Visio, and Power BI is preferred.
• Completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.
