Senior Business Systems Analyst – People & Internal Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and facilitate integrations across payroll, benefits, identity management, finance, and other enterprise systems.

• Oversee integration performance, address failures, and enhance reliability.

• Manage Claude Enterprise workspace, including user provisioning, roles, permissions, usage, security settings, and SSO/identity integrations.

• Promote the adoption of Claude by creating onboarding pathways, usage guidelines, and internal training resources.

• Configure and enhance enterprise systems, business processes, condition rules, and security measures.

• Streamline repetitive tasks through business process automation, calculated fields, iPaaS tools, and Claude-driven workflows.

• Assess integration uptime, data quality, Claude adoption, usage, and process cycle times.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint challenges, convert insights into requirements, and propose improvements.

• Develop scalable solutions considering both upstream and downstream dependencies.

• Utilize AI tools, including Claude, for analytics, documentation, testing, and solution design.

• Broaden platform ownership, system scope, and stakeholder relationships as the organization expands.

• Keep documentation updated on system configurations, integration architecture, data flows, and Claude governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in business systems, integrations, or IT platform roles.

• Direct, hands-on experience in building and supporting enterprise integrations, including APIs, EIB-style tools, Core Connectors, or similar technologies.

• Experience managing an enterprise SaaS or AI platform, such as Claude Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or ChatGPT Enterprise.

• Proficient in access management, security configuration, and governance.

• Strong understanding of APIs, SFTP, middleware, SSO, and enterprise data flows.

• Practical experience in automation using business process logic, calculated fields, or iPaaS platforms like MuleSoft, Workato, or Boomi.

• Proven track record of reducing manual tasks through automation.

• Passion for AI platforms and enterprise adoption, including technical setup and change management.

• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

• Strong data fluency, including validating, interpreting, and explaining data.

• Capability to work effectively amid uncertainty.

• Skill in simplifying technical complexity for business and non-technical audiences.

• Familiarity with data privacy and security frameworks, such as HIPAA or HITRUST.

• An AI-first mindset and daily engagement with AI tools.
