Senior Business Systems Analyst, Payroll

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Work closely with essential stakeholders and end users to facilitate the daily operations of Workday Payroll and associated payroll systems and processes.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system and payroll-related challenges, including conducting root-cause analysis for prompt resolution.

• Offer continuous production support, which encompasses system configuration, testing, business process management, and data validation.

• Collaborate with Benefits, HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to sustain system efficiency, ensure compliance, refine processes, and improve the experience for employees and end users.

• Engage in system enhancements, implementations, and various projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• At least five (5) years of experience in an Information Services environment.

• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in project management skills, tools, and methodologies.

• Proven track record of leading committees, projects, and initiatives.

• Established ability to effectively utilize and apply standard principles, theories, and concepts associated with the technical discipline.

• Familiarity with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and/or systems.
