Lead Analyst, Business Integration Testing, Individual Dental Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development, implementation, and validation of user acceptance testing scripts.

• Coordinate testing efforts for strategic initiatives related to business and government.

• Identify risks, plan mitigations, and address issues as they arise.

• Conduct regression and integration testing for dental vendor partners.

• Communicate testing results, recommendations, and findings to business stakeholders and Product Owners.

• Analyze operational processes and performance data to pinpoint improvements in productivity, costs, and business outcomes.

• Maintain and revise standard operating procedures, process documentation, and communications.

• Assist with annual go-to-market readiness initiatives.

• Manage testing workloads, prioritize tasks, and create action plans.

• Foster relationships with internal partners, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Execute defect identification, root-cause analysis, test execution, and reporting of testing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• Three to five years of experience in a healthcare setting is necessary.

• Experience in supporting Individual & Family Plans (IFP) operations is preferred.

• A background in healthcare operations related to benefits, eligibility, claims, or similar fields is preferred.

• A home internet connection via a cable broadband or fiber optic service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload is required for remote work.
