Senior Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and propose solutions for business requirements, converting them into both functional and non-functional specifications.

• Assist the Product Owner in decomposing demands into user stories and managing the backlog effectively.

• Facilitate workshops, conduct interviews, and lead requirements gathering sessions.

• Utilize Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design methodologies in the analysis and development of solutions.

• Ensure consistent alignment between business units and development teams while maintaining traceability of requirements.

• Evaluate the effects of changes and provide support for delivery planning and prioritization.

• Collaborate during sprints, aiding the technical team and contributing to the ongoing delivery of value.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.

• Bachelor's degree completed.

• Proficient in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and active participation in sprints.

• Understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog management.

• Experience with elicitation techniques and facilitation of workshops.

• Knowledgeable in Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, and UX Design principles.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to work at the intersection of business and technology.

• Possess an analytical, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
