Business Analyst III, Quality Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and interpretation to connect business needs and objectives for the designated function.

• Assist business initiatives through data analysis, identify barriers to implementation, and carry out user acceptance testing.

• Identify and assess user requirements, procedures, and issues to enhance existing processes.

• Execute comprehensive analysis on various projects, recommend business solutions, and ensure effective implementations.

• Improve performance management and operational reports associated with new business implementation processes.

• Collaborate with business units and departments to design and deliver training programs.

• Develop, disseminate, and integrate organizational best practices into business applications.

• Diagnose issues and discover opportunities for process redesign and enhancement.

• Formulate and revise departmental policies and procedures.

• Act as a subject matter expert on the designated function product to guarantee operational performance.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• 4-6 years of experience in business process or data analysis, preferably within the healthcare sector.

• Willingness to travel.

• Intermediate skills in SQL or R coding preferred, including the ability to write SQL code from the ground up.

• Familiarity with Medicare Stars, Medicaid HPR, and Marketplace QRS scoring methodologies is preferred.

• Experience with Power BI and Snowflake is preferred.

• Experience in project management is preferred.
