This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Comprehend business challenges and outline the technical, functional, and business scope of requests, confirmed by the PO/PM.
• Evaluate and quantify the impact of new features on current functionalities.
• Review and discuss technical integrations with analysts and software engineers from other departments.
• Assist in organizing the technical backlog by establishing dependencies and setting priorities.
• Conduct estimations and refine technical requests in collaboration with the development team.
• Convert business requirements into user stories for the engineering team.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate impacts on business processes and associated systems.
• Collaborate with software engineers and QAs to contribute to engineering solutions.
• Support the PM/PO in system validation and acceptance processes.
• Serve as a liaison between internal systems and third-party applications.
• Integrate with Systems Change Management, including the creation of RDMs, alignment with processing and IT operations, and monitoring of deployments.
• Draft manuals on configuration and parameterization for both internal and external systems.
• Address incidents and monitor system processes.
• Respond to internal and external audit inquiries regarding the system.
• Develop and provide technical training.
• Preferred knowledge of relational and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Experience collaborating with teams that utilize agile methodologies, along with theoretical understanding of these practices.
• Familiarity with agile and software engineering metrics.
• Understanding of agility, software architecture, and software engineering principles.
• Commitment to continuous self-improvement in technology.
• Ability to engage in collaborative product design.
• Proficiency in User Story Mapping.
• Knowledge of product management techniques.
• Understanding of business strategy and competitive intelligence.
• Capability to transition seamlessly between technical and business viewpoints.
• Skill in summarizing and clarifying complex information.
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Practical, hands-on approach from strategy formulation to execution.
• Flexibility to adapt to various roles.
• Dedication to meeting deadlines and adhering to planning.
• Ideally, residents of Porto Alegre and the metropolitan area, with the ability to commute to the CAS office on Avenida Assis Brasil.
• Fixed 14th and 15th salaries.
