Senior Business Systems Analyst, Legal Technology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and implementation of AI solutions: construct, configure, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows utilizing tools such as Claude, Cowork, ChatGPT, and Glean within various legal applications. This role focuses on real implementation rather than exploration.

• Manage the legal tech ecosystem as a member of our team: act as one of the technical subject matter experts across Legal SaaS applications (including CLMs, Matter Management, DSAR tooling, and more), ensuring reliability, optimization, and integration quality.

• Develop integrations: design and create workflow automations and integrations using Workato and similar iPaaS platforms, linking legal systems to the wider HubSpot ecosystem.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions: collaborate directly with attorneys and legal leadership to comprehend workflows, identify opportunities, and provide solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

• Promote AI adoption: partner with the legal team to pinpoint opportunities for incorporating AI tools (such as Claude, Glean, Harvey, Workato AI, and others) into daily legal workflows, while supporting enablement to ensure lasting adoption.

• Influence the roadmap: contribute to a technically viable product roadmap, balancing strategic goals with iterative delivery.

• Monitor and convey value: establish KPIs and reports to illustrate the business impact of technology investments to senior legal leadership, including the Chief Legal Officer (CLO).

• Stay ahead of industry trends: keep an eye on the fast-changing legal tech landscape and provide a forward-looking perspective on tools, capabilities, and trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong practical technical skills: experience in SaaS application configuration, API utilization, system integration design, and workflow automation.

• Proven experience in building and deploying AI solutions within enterprise environments: including AI agents, agentic workflows, LLM-powered tools, or similar.

• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms for creating integrations and automations.

• Demonstrated ability to function as a technical consultant for a non-technical business audience: capable of learning and understanding business context, solving problems, and translating ambiguous requirements into scoped, actionable solutions.

• Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams independently.

• Effective communicator, equally at ease in a Slack conversation with a lawyer and drafting a design document for an engineer.
