This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary functional lead for the Workday Learning, Recruiting, Talent, and Advanced Compensation modules.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Workday business processes, frameworks, eligibility rules, and security settings.
• Align system configurations with business requirements, compliance mandates, and enterprise standards.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and enhance workflows across recruiting, talent, and compensation.
• Collaborate with People Tech engineers to implement Workday automation, including Extend apps, RaaS-based solutions, integrations, and AI-powered workflows.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows, gain talent insights, and conduct compensation analysis.
• Assess, pilot, and implement AI-driven solutions in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Finance, and HR leadership.
• Lead the requirements gathering process and convert business needs into functional and technical solutions.
• Promote adoption through change management, documentation, and training initiatives.
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and audit frameworks.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and readiness for audits.
• Confirm that system changes adhere to SOX, ITGC, audit, and change-management standards.
• Support quarterly and annual audits.
• Engage in Workday release planning, testing, and deployment.
• Provide advanced user support, analytics, mentoring to junior team members, and functional ownership for Workday processes.
• Over 7 years of experience in Workday functional configuration, with significant expertise in Talent and/or Advanced Compensation.
• Strong background in designing and optimizing intricate Workday business processes.
• Experience in supporting advanced compensation programs, annual compensation reviews, or performance cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to automate workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Finance, and IT teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Experience with Workday Extend, RaaS, integrations, or automation frameworks is preferred.
• Exposure to or direct experience with AI-enabled HR solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, ITGC) is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
