This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collect and document both business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Convert requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze customer data and usage patterns to uncover insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Map and enhance business processes along with customer workflows.
• Model and assist in the implementation of process automation.
• Collaborate with technical teams to provide CRM solutions and customizations.
• Configure and tailor solutions utilizing no-code/low-code tools.
• Validate system designs and implementations against business needs.
• Engage with clients to encourage adoption and address delivery challenges.
• Lead or assist in client training and onboarding initiatives.
• Operate within an agile delivery framework and take part in sprint activities.
• Collaborate with clients to outline future work.
• Work alongside clients and Bits In Glass sales and delivery teams to pinpoint future work opportunities, maintain change control, and maximize value-added tasks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on customer success and CRM solutions.
• Strong grasp of Customer Success principles and CRM systems, preferably Creatio.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and enhance business processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with enterprise clients.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and presenting insights.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Experience in process mapping and identifying areas for improvement.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills centered on customer-centric solutions.
• Strong project management capabilities with a focus on deadlines and quality.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Technical knowledge of low-code platforms and system integrations.
• Keen attention to detail in documentation and solution delivery.
• Familiarity with Jira or DevOps.
• Certifications in CRM platforms or customer success management are advantageous.
