• Develop and sustain models – Configure and enhance Pigment models across FP&A modules (Revenue, OpEx/CapEx, Headcount, COGS, 3-Statement) as well as Supply Chain (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP). Ensure the maintenance of driver-based logic, KPI calculations, scenarios, and approval workflows.

• Oversee data integration – Collaborate with the EA/Data team to manage and resolve issues related to data pipelines connecting NetSuite, Databricks/Fivetran, S3, and Pigment. Keep the data dictionary, schema documentation, and field mapping registry aligned with EA standards.

• Drive change governance – Facilitate the Pigment Change Control Board (CCB) process for Tier 2/3 changes, which includes risk tiering, impact assessment, approvals, and release notes. Ensure the integrity of the audit trail is maintained in accordance with Oura's SOX readiness requirements.

• Collaborate with the business – Serve as the escalation point for Pigment-related issues arising from FP&A and Supply Chain. Transform evolving planning needs into model improvements. Conduct design reviews and approval sessions; provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) across modules.

• Empower users – Create role-based training paths, internal runbooks, and model documentation in Confluence. Promote end-user adoption and self-service capabilities to minimize reliance on IT for routine tasks.

• Pursue continuous improvement – Keep abreast of Pigment's roadmap, advocate for pertinent enhancements, and discover opportunities to enhance capabilities, including AI-powered features, new modules, and additional data integrations.
