Senior Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Collaborate within the Software Engineering domain, concentrating on credit solutions tailored for businesses.

• Assist in the creation and execution of systems that facilitate credit solutions for cooperatives.

• Evaluate business requirements and convert them into system specifications, adopting a comprehensive product viewpoint.

• Oversee system performance through thorough analysis and validation.

• Grasp and implement agile methodologies, including user story creation, Scrum practices, and Lean Inception.

• Enhance the development workflow by bridging business requirements with the software engineering team.

• Oversee the systems backlog and refinement activities.

• Formulate roadmaps and prioritize various initiatives.

• Assist in architectural and software engineering decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field.

• Familiarity with technologies, techniques, and methodologies related to systems analysis and requirements engineering.

• Experience with agile software development practices.

• Understanding of estimation tools.

• Capability for systems thinking and strategic vision.

• Proficiency in structuring complex issues.

• Experience in managing systems backlogs and refinement processes.

• Knowledge of roadmap development and prioritization strategies.

• Technical expertise to assist in architectural decision-making.

• Technical expertise to support software engineering choices.

• Fundamental understanding of databases and data query languages (SQL).

• Preferred: familiarity with the financial services sector and relevant regulations.

• Preferred: knowledge of credit products.

• Preferred: understanding of UX methodologies and Design Thinking.
