Business Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate, map, and recommend solutions to meet business requirements.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business needs, suggesting the most effective solutions.

• Assist the Product Owner in breaking down business requirements.

• Identify requirements that are generated by or affect systems, representing them as user stories to initiate sprint execution.

• Identify and visually map business needs in a practical way.

• Represent business needs through maps, business requirements, and user stories.

• Comprehend existing business processes, products, and services along with their rules to provide suitable IT solutions.

• Understand the needs of managers, clients, and users to propose relevant solutions.

• Identify reusable IT services across various businesses or stages of processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.

• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in any discipline combined with a postgraduate specialization in Information Technology.

• Knowledge of systems development.

• Strong proficiency in business analysis and process concepts, user-centered design, and agile methodologies.

• Ability to facilitate and lead workshops utilizing Design Thinking, Design Sprint, Business Model Canvas, UX Design, Lean Inception, and BPM.

• Familiarity with business analysis practices, MVP (Minimum Viable Product), and agile requirements.

• Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean IT methodologies.

• Knowledge of IT tools and solutions for addressing business challenges.

• Preferred certifications include: UX-PM Level 2, PSU – Professional Scrum with User Experience I, Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I), and CBPP.
