Commercial Insights Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret commercial, customer, program, and operational data to uncover trends, insights, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop, prepare, and maintain reports and dashboards for management and strategic clients.

• Convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Offer analytical support across various projects while managing timelines, priorities, and stakeholder coordination.

• Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with strategic clients.

• Engage in strategic client conference calls related to reporting, training, customizations, escalated issues, and client priorities.

• Present findings, trends, recommendations, and program updates to management and client stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities to enhance KPIs, improve programs, streamline processes, and increase client value.

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop sustainable solutions for client issues and requests.

• Investigate reporting discrepancies, data issues, and system or process challenges to determine root causes and solutions.

• Provide support for client and internal training on reporting, programs, processes, and system functionality.

• Coordinate resources and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines.

• Travel onsite as necessary to support strategic clients and business partners.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Complete corporate training and compliance activities.

• Identify opportunities for team performance improvement, process enhancements, and better client experiences.

• Conduct additional analyses and special projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution is required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to analyze data, recognize trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines.

• Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and management.

• Exceptional client-service mindset with a commitment to responsiveness, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Strong sense of urgency and personal accountability.

• Capability to work independently and effectively contribute within a team.

• Ability to manage sensitive or escalated issues, including conflict-resolution skills.

• Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• High technical proficiency and comfort in learning new systems, tools, and technologies.

• Preference for candidates who can type at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy.

• Experience with SQL, data querying, or business intelligence/reporting tools is preferred.

• Prior experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

• Experience in developing dashboards, performance reports, or data visualization tools is preferred.

• Experience with strategic or enterprise-level clients is preferred.

• Experience presenting analytical findings to senior leadership or external stakeholders is preferred.

• Experience supporting implementations, program enhancements, process improvements, or complex account requirements is preferred.

• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screen.
