Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Software Engineering team to focus on solutions for business lending.

• Play a key role in the development and execution of systems that facilitate lending solutions for cooperative branches.

• Assess business requirements and convert them into system specifications, adopting a comprehensive product viewpoint.

• Oversee system performance through detailed analysis and validation processes.

• Grasp needs and requirements applying Agile methodologies, including user story creation, Scrum, and Lean Inception.

• Enhance the development process by bridging business needs with the software engineering team.

• Administer the systems backlog and conduct sessions for refinement.

• Create roadmaps and assist in prioritization efforts.

• Aid in architectural and software engineering decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Familiarity with technologies, techniques, and methodologies for systems analysis and requirements management.

• Understanding of and experience with Agile software development practices.

• Knowledge of estimation tools.

• Systems-level and strategic thought processes.

• Capacity to organize and systematize intricate problems.

• Experience in managing systems backlogs and leading refinement sessions.

• Proficiency in roadmap creation and prioritization strategies.

• Technical expertise to support architectural decisions.

• Technical acumen to assist software engineering decisions.

• Basic understanding of databases and data query structures (SQL).

• Awareness of the financial market and relevant regulations (a plus).

• Familiarity with lending products (a plus).

• Understanding of UX and Design Thinking methodologies (a plus).

• Knowledge of software development and architectural patterns (a plus).
