Senior Business Systems Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the support and maintenance of the Business Systems function at Greenlight.

• Utilize system knowledge of NetSuite, Maxio, HubSpot, and related platforms to identify and resolve both technical and functional challenges.

• Configure and provide support for automations and IPaaS solutions pertaining to billing, procurement, accounts receivable, accounts payable, General Ledger, and T&E operations.

• Play a role in month-end and quarter-end processes while enhancing business-process efficiency through systems.

• Improve business processes and workflows via integrations and automations.

• Manage and maintain NetSuite, FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio, ZIP, and associated business systems.

• Conduct user, role, configuration, and integration maintenance.

• Implement and support IT General Controls initiatives, which include access reviews, procedural documentation, and management of business-system changes.

• Document configurations and processes of the systems.

• Work collaboratively with global IT team members.

• Collaborate with the Security team to enhance the security of business systems.

• Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a NetSuite administrator or business systems analyst.

• NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.

• Proficient in SuiteBuilder; familiarity with SuiteScript and SuiteTalk is advantageous.

• Experience with the SuiteCloud Development Framework and version control systems (e.g., GitHub) is desirable.

• Knowledge of NetSuite modules such as Fixed Assets and OneWorld is a plus.

• Some experience in integrating NetSuite with other financial and business systems or a strong willingness to learn is required.

• Experience supporting additional financial systems that handle billing, reconciliation, travel management, revenue recognition, and CRM functionalities is beneficial (e.g., FloQast, Workiva, HubSpot, Maxio).

• Familiarity with global or multi-entity system environments is an advantage.

• Understanding of ITGCs and familiarity with SOC, ISO, or SOX compliant environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of core accounting processes like order to cash, procure to pay, and record to report is beneficial.

• Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, and LucidChart is a plus.

• A background in Accounting or Finance is advantageous.

• Familiarity with no-code automation or IPaaS platforms (e.g., StackSync, UiPath) is a plus.

• Experience utilizing AI for the enhancement and optimization of accounting, finance, and business systems processes is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot issues, and support solutions from design to implementation.
