Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in identifying both technical and business requirements for clients.

• Document the technical and business needs of clients.

• Collaborate with developers to design and test Analytics applications.

• Support the development of Data Ingestion, Reporting/Dashboard, and advanced analytical applications utilizing AI/ML technologies.

• Work collaboratively within a team to successfully complete client projects.

• Partner with technical delivery and account management teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

• Create Analytics applications tailored to meet customer requirements.

• Offer consulting and advisory support regarding the development of Analytics applications and best practices.

• Provide solutions within Datavail's Data Management/Analytics business unit.

• Deliver Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, or Reporting solutions both on-premises and in cloud environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Technical, or a related field is required.

• Experience in healthcare and familiarity with healthcare data and systems is essential.

• 3 to 5 years of professional services experience leading projects for external or internal clients.

• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong team-oriented work ethic, willing to contribute to project success.

• Ability to devise solutions to complex problems that demand a high level of creativity and innovation.

• Capability to create solutions for unique challenges that may set precedents for future decisions.

• Exceptional customer communication skills.

• Specific knowledge in data analytics and data warehousing.

• Familiarity or experience with GCP, Databricks, Fabric, Snowflake, PowerBI, Tableau, or other reporting/dashboard technologies is advantageous.

• Cloud certifications from AWS, Azure, or Databricks are a plus.

• Proficiency in developing source-to-target mappings is beneficial.
