Senior Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and strategic discussions with retailers.

• Evaluate intricate retail environments, including POS, payment systems, integrations, data flows, infrastructure, peripherals, cloud technologies, third-party applications, and business processes.

• Create assessments of current and future-state solutions.

• Develop and deliver prescriptive recommendations for retailer transformation.

• Identify strategies for incremental adoption, quick wins, and early return on investment opportunities.

• Assess solution approaches based on value, effort, complexity, risk, dependencies, cost, time-to-value, and ROI.

• Simplify complex business and technical considerations for executives, stakeholders, technical teams, sales personnel, and Toshiba organizations.

• Assist in pre-sales activities, customer pursuits, solution positioning, and strategic account discussions.

• Create solution and transformation blueprints and collaborate with subject matter experts to refine them into actionable plans.

• Acquire a working knowledge of Toshiba’s ELERA Commerce Platform and its broader retail solution portfolio.

• Integrate AI into research, analysis, synthesis, solution exploration, documentation, content generation, and reporting.

• Travel up to 25% for customer engagements, workshops, strategic pursuits, partner activities, and business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in retail technology, retail software, solution consulting, business analysis, product management, professional services, solution strategy, systems integration, or a related field.

• Extensive hands-on experience with retail Point of Sale (POS) software platforms and related retail technologies.

• Experience collaborating with retailers in Latin America, with a strong understanding of the region’s operational and technological aspects.

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Capability to independently lead customer-facing discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.

• Comprehensive understanding of retail operations and technology across store environments and the wider retail enterprise.

• Broad technical knowledge in system integrations, APIs, payments, data flows, infrastructure, cloud technologies, POS peripherals, and enterprise applications.

• Outstanding analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong grasp of business value and commercial considerations, including implementation trade-offs and return on investment.

• Excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• Willingness and drive to incorporate AI into professional workflows.

• Strong judgment in validating and utilizing AI-generated information.

• Preferred: extensive experience with Latin American retail operations and technology, regional fiscal and regulatory requirements, retail transformation initiatives, strategic deliverables, global retailers, and multi-country programs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
