Senior Business Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as a premier technical expert supporting enterprise-level technical infrastructure.

• Examine and assess system requirements, development methodologies, process workflows, and possibilities for redesign or re-engineering.

• Facilitate subsystem design and integration efforts to assure harmonious system performance.

• Identify, evaluate, and rectify program support shortcomings.

• Create frameworks for the integration and implementation of changes to technical standards.

• Aid in the establishment and management of architecture governance processes.

• Guarantee the consistency, compliance, and long-term viability of technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.

• Advanced comprehension and capability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts.

• Profound understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Extensive knowledge of OMB Circular A 136 Financial Reporting, OMB bulletins, and circulars.

• In-depth familiarity with the U.S. Standard General Ledger (USSGL).

• Comprehensive knowledge of Treasury reports such as GTAS, DATA Act, and SF 133.

• Experience with GAAS and GAS.

• Awareness of Financial Audit Manual (FAM) concepts.

• Thorough understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.

• Proven experience working within an Agile environment.

• Capability to analyze, resolve, configure, and reconcile Momentum Financial reports.

• Ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Practical knowledge of project management may be beneficial.
