📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruiting cycle, which includes negotiating and finalizing candidate offers.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend job requirements, develop structured processes, and formulate compelling job descriptions.

• Implement innovative sourcing strategies across various platforms and leverage internal referrals.

• Facilitate the offer process to effectively onboard new hires.

• Ensure the integrity of data within the applicant tracking system.

• Create transparent reports for stakeholders regarding recruiting activities.
