This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Formulate and implement the product strategy, prioritize roadmap initiatives, and establish success metrics for rebate management solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance leaders to pinpoint business requirements, opportunities, and product investments.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and prioritization among agile pods, business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors.
• Manage and sustain the product backlog.
• Prioritize tasks based on business value, customer demands, regulatory obligations, technical dependencies, and strategic goals.
• Convert business objectives into value-driven outcomes, prioritized features, and actionable backlog items.
• Drive decisions and trade-offs to maximize business value while managing risks and dependencies.
• Convey product direction, roadmap priorities, delivery outcomes, and significant risks to leadership.
• Assist in modernizing the rebate system and planning future capabilities.
• Advocate for customer feedback and stakeholder involvement throughout the product delivery process.
• Identify and oversee risks, dependencies, and impacts across various initiatives and operational units.
• Act as the primary business leader for the product, ensuring alignment between stakeholder needs, technology capabilities, and enterprise strategy.
• A Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Direct experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Product Owner.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
• Familiarity with product strategy development, roadmap planning, and business transformation initiatives.
• Direct experience in rebate management, chargebacks, pricing, revenue management, or commercial finance processes.
• Exposure to Vistex, rebate management platforms, or commercial revenue management solutions.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, Order-to-Cash processes, order entry transactions, or ERP systems.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale business and technology initiatives.
• Capability to balance competing business needs, risks, and dependencies.
• Proven success in collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive business results.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting recommendations, trade-offs, and priorities to leadership.
• Experience with contract lifecycle management, sales operations, or financial technology products.
• Ability to influence executive, business, and technology stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with enterprise system implementations, platform modernization, or large-scale business transformation programs.
