Senior Business Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee the development of business cases for proposed projects.

• Assist in strategic and business planning, providing input on the prioritization of initiatives.

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects involving Payment Integrity, Claims, technology teams, and external partners.

• Propel the implementation and continuous improvement of CRP-to-Claims processes.

• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and deliverables effectively.

• Manage complex exceptions, reconciliations, defects, and escalations until resolved.

• Ensure that initiatives align with the strategic business plan and achieve key business objectives.

• Transition approved business cases into actionable initiatives with clear documentation and responsibilities.

• Offer strategic and policy guidance to enhance effective implementation and outcomes.

• Organize teams, create project plans, facilitate meetings, build consensus, document recommendations, and oversee execution.

• Conduct detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, staff organization, and competencies.

• Lead personnel responsible for initiatives outlined in the company's operating plan.

• Support other project leaders with facilitation, analysis, process mapping, brainstorming, and project management challenges.

• Compose and deliver communications across all levels of the organization.

• Provide support related to enhancing business performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is mandatory.

• A minimum of 6 years of project management experience is required.

• Experience in healthcare and/or insurance is preferred.

• A Master's Degree in a related field is favored.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Microsoft Project is required.

• Skills in business case development, strategic planning, project management, process mapping, data and workflow analysis, policy and procedure analysis, facilitation, consensus building, and implementation oversight are essential.
