Senior Associate, Business Operations – Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the analytical function from start to finish for a growth-oriented embedded business unit focusing on product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and decisions prior to performing analyses.

• Establish metrics and create reports.

• Conduct analyses and design experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance essential business metrics.

• Present actionable recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, and operations.

• Clarify the current situation, the reasons behind it, and suggest subsequent steps.

• Propel decisions and carry out initiatives through to their conclusion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities.

• Proficiency in independently extracting, structuring, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and delivering significant results.

• Excellent, persuasive communication skills.

• Ability to influence decision-making at the leadership level.

• Familiarity with SQL or Python is preferred.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Current residency in an eligible location: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.
