Director, Business Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide guidance for the functions related to Enterprise Business Operations.

• Formulate a workforce strategy aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.

• Work in collaboration with stakeholders to address dependencies and meet operational goals.

• Ensure compliance with service levels and metrics, driving adherence to established standards.

• Lead initiatives that support growth, business enhancement, and transformation efforts.

• Build and maintain relationships with health plans, business units, IT partners, and regulatory bodies.

• Manage membership-related projects, including strategy formulation, project outlines, deliverables, and ROI assessment.

• Oversee the design and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices for business operations.

• Leverage data, technology, and innovation to foster continuous improvement and address challenges.

• Act as an escalation point to mitigate impacts on providers and members.

• Perform additional duties as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Florida.

• A Bachelor's degree is required, or an equivalent level of related experience.

• A minimum of 7 years in operations management is required.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale initiatives (change management, implementation, digital/technology, financial management) through data analysis and insights is essential.

• Preferably, 5+ years of experience in various areas of healthcare operations.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred.

• Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is required.
