Manager, Business Operations – Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance current partner relationships.

• Identify and establish high-value collaborations that align with the company’s long-term vision.

• Suggest innovative tools and product solutions that foster scalable opportunities for both the business and its partners.

• Collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales teams on partnership strategies.

• Report directly to the VP of Partnerships.

• Act as the main point of contact for existing partners.

• Create and implement business plans or quarterly OKRs that align with partner objectives.

• Analyze data to uncover trends and identify opportunities for enhancing business KPIs.

• Generate growth opportunities with both existing and prospective partners.

• Negotiate deals that are mutually beneficial.

• Provide analysis, insights, and updates to partners and internal teams.

• Address operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.

• A proven history of managing complex projects from start to finish.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong bias for action.

• A strong work ethic coupled with the ability to learn and adapt swiftly.

• A data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Capability to analyze complex situations and make informed, actionable decisions.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convey complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Must currently reside in an eligible hiring location: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment.
