This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee analytical and strategic initiatives related to Octave’s provider network.
• Evaluate and track provider availability in relation to client demand across various markets, specialties, payer panels, and care modalities.
• Deliver data-driven hiring objectives and market focus areas to Talent Acquisition and Clinical Operations.
• Assess slot availability, identify access gaps, evaluate provider capacity, and consider related operational and revenue effects.
• Create models and frameworks to forecast provider capacity requirements based on client behavior, usage trends, and market developments.
• Suggest network growth or reduction, panel participation, and other measures to enhance access and network effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to boost provider utilization, retention, engagement, and overall performance.
• Spearhead provider segmentation strategies and convert provider NPS, experience, and performance insights into tailored actions.
• Track provider and network KPIs, investigate root causes, and propose measurable enhancements.
• Promote Product and operational strategies that enhance provider discovery and utilization, such as ranking, slot recovery, and provider-facing workflows.
• Manage initiatives from analysis through to implementation and handoff, ensuring clear accountability and sustained outcomes.
• Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and regular reviews addressing provider supply, demand, utilization, retention, and network performance.
• Prepare executive and board-level materials that elucidate trends, implications, trade-offs, and recommended courses of action.
• Provide insights related to providers and clinical operations to guide Product priorities and requirements.
• Address ad hoc analysis requests from executives and external partners.
• Assist in strategic planning and due diligence efforts concerning the provider network and clinical operations.
• Act as a strategic collaborator with Operations, Clinical, Growth, Finance, Product, and Data leaders.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, strategy and operations, analytics, or a similar field.
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations is a plus.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Strong quantitative and financial skills.
• Advanced experience in Excel or Google Sheets modeling.
• Background in business cases, forecasting, or performance analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Outstanding organizational skills and follow-through; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive presentations.
• High level of agency, curiosity, and readiness to alternate between strategy and hands-on execution.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to frequently communicate using virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet.
• Must be capable of observing and communicating information on a company-provided laptop.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally.
