This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead significant, intricate, and strategic cross-departmental projects that promote Rula’s ongoing growth.
• Develop mental frameworks and break down complex challenges.
• Provide recommendations utilizing self-served data.
• Define project requirements.
• Oversee critical business projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and execute tasks autonomously.
• Transform overarching concepts into scalable and efficient execution.
• Align diverse teams and drive measurable outcomes.
• Enhance mental health and influence Rula’s future direction.
• Over 7 years of cumulative experience in management consulting, business operations and strategy, financial analysis, demand planning, or strategic planning roles within rapidly growing or mid-sized organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or an advanced degree.
• Intermediate skills in analytical modeling (e.g., Google Sheets and Excel).
• Proficient in SQL with the ability to write queries independently.
• Capability to translate goals into operational plans across multidisciplinary teams, including performance metrics and system or mechanism design.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to customize messages for audiences with varied expertise and high seniority.
• Strong executive presence.
• Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders, fostering alignment, and managing difficult discussions.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced company environment (preferred).
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker, Hex, PowerBI, or Tableau (preferred).
• Proven experience leading and executing 2 or more long-term projects requiring over 6 months of continuous coordination across multiple disciplines (preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in launching new business lines, products, or major strategic initiatives from concept to rollout (preferred).
• Must reside in the United States; currently, we are not hiring in Hawaii.
