This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take responsibility for the daily operational health by monitoring Turnaround Time (TAT), addressing backlogs, and ensuring optimal queue health.
• Supervise operational performance and sustain a feedback loop that balances high productivity with stringent audit accuracy.
• Manage the comprehensive design, testing, and launch of scalable cross-functional workflows, which include change management, training, and post-launch KPI evaluation.
• Collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders from Engineering, Network/Provider Operations, Claims, and Integrations.
• Align ongoing operational priorities, optimize end-to-end workflows, and promote shared business outcomes.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline manual processes by utilizing AI agents in conjunction with human staff.
• Serve as the primary escalation point to address obstacles for both vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure that vendors and internal teams are equipped with the necessary training and job aids to achieve success.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business operations or operational leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving significant change and achieving measurable operational results in fast-paced settings, with a strong inclination towards action and continuous improvement.
• Excels in operational execution, escalation management, and problem-solving.
• Comfort with ambiguity, including unexpected and sometimes complex issues that necessitate ownership from triage to resolution.
• Analytical mindset with the capability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses that lead to impactful outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, with the capacity to influence others.
• Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A high level of professionalism.
• Curiosity and practical experience with AI tools, automation, or LLM-based workflows in operational contexts is highly preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in a health tech, digital health, or healthcare technology environment; experience in Medicare Advantage health plans and/or startups is a bonus.
• Experience in influencing and implementing change within a highly matrixed organization.
