Senior Business Operations Analyst – Pricing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Processes and Tools division within the Pricing team.

• Transform pricing policies into actionable processes, backed by dependable data and production-ready tools.

• Develop tools to assist the Commercial team in making pricing decisions, such as a pricing calculator.

• Transition tools from prototype stage to regular use.

• Design and automate the comprehensive pricing process, from initial quotation to final approval.

• Establish clear ownership and approval authorities at every stage.

• Convey pricing requirements to the Product and Technology teams.

• Integrate pricing policies into Caju’s systems.

• Aid the Commercial and Operations teams in utilizing processes and tools.

• Promote adoption and ongoing enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in designing and implementing end-to-end processes or workflows, with a holistic perspective on team interactions.

• Practical background, demonstrating a history of developing and operationalizing solutions.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with various teams, including Sales, Product, and Technology.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in uncertain environments.

• Strong logical and analytical reasoning skills.

• Background in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Commercial Excellence, Commercial Planning, or Pricing (preferred).

• Familiarity with generative AI tools, such as Claude and ChatGPT, to enhance process efficiency and prototyping (preferred).

• Basic SQL skills, adequate for reading and validating queries (preferred).

• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform (preferred).
