Senior Business Analyst – Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Oversee Addi’s Capital Markets Analytics & Reporting division

• Manage covenant monitoring, debt and cash forecasting, and viability assessments for funding new products and credit facilities prior to launch

• Implement automated verification processes for servicing reports and compliance with covenants across active debt facilities

• Revamp and enhance rolling cash flow and dynamic borrowing base models

• Collaborate with New Money and Product teams to establish pre-launch funding assessments

• Recruit, onboard, and guide 2 Senior Business Analysts

• Foster analytical alignment among Finance, Risk, Legal, and lenders concerning new credit facilities

• Integrate AI-driven automation into workflows for covenant monitoring and forecasting

• Lead senior analysts in the creation and implementation of automated monitoring and reporting tools

• Convey facility performance, associated risks, and intricate financial concepts to executives and institutional lenders

• Ensure independent oversight of risks and accuracy in ongoing compliance processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in capital markets and structured finance analytics (MUST HAVE)

• Extensive knowledge of borrowing base mechanics, debt facility structuring, and intricate covenant frameworks within asset-heavy fintech or banking sectors

• Proficient in analyzing complex loan-level financial data to identify patterns, mitigate covenant risks, and inform strategic capital allocation

• Familiarity with accounting principles and regulatory requirements in fast-growing credit ecosystems

• Advanced skills in SQL and large-scale data analysis (MUST HAVE)

• Experience in writing and auditing complex SQL queries against extensive loan-level datasets using Snowflake/Databricks

• Advanced financial modeling capabilities in Excel/Sheets

• Ability to convert multi-table database extracts into financial models and analytical reports suitable for executives

• Experience with AI/LLM-driven automation and risk oversight (MUST HAVE)

• Capacity to guide analysts in the development and deployment of automated monitoring and reporting tools with human-in-the-loop review processes

• Competence in validating AI-generated outputs prior to distribution to external lenders or senior leadership

• Proven history of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining business analysts; experience managing 2+ direct reports (PREFERRED)

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for executive audiences

• Full professional proficiency in English
