This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance and integrate reporting tools, automation, and artificial intelligence.

• Maintain and improve internally developed tools.

• Develop or assist in creating tools that analyze data to identify similar or analogous tasks.

• Conduct focused research on technical services to facilitate automation.

• Collaborate directly with MC&O leadership and cross-functional teams to improve and integrate internal tools, streamline workflows, and utilize AI to automate manual processes wherever feasible.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Proficient in Excel, including advanced formulas and macros.

• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Capable of managing multiple tasks, self-assigning work, and thriving in a fast-paced proposal environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be a U.S. citizen.

• Eligible to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance as a condition of employment.

• Experience with JavaScript, Visual Basic/VBA, and/or Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with applying AI or generative AI tools to business or analytical challenges is preferred.

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms is preferred.

• Experience with automation tools, data repositories, or legacy systems is preferred.

• Ability to maintain a positive, constructive attitude under tight deadlines is preferred.
