This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the planning and execution of acquisition activities that align with program requirements and government regulations.
• Coordinate business operations tasks to facilitate the progress of technical programs, including support for milestones and resource planning.
• Maintain documentation and supporting materials necessary for acquisition and operational readiness.
• Oversee and manage facilities support functions to ensure uninterrupted operational continuity.
• Aid in compliance efforts related to facilities and operations, including scheduling and coordination with stakeholders.
• Prepare for, support, and respond to audits and safety inspections by tracking requirements, evidence, and corrective actions.
• Ensure that facilities and operational practices are in compliance with applicable safety standards.
• Assist in root-cause analysis and the corrective action process.
• Function within a SCIF environment while adhering to security protocols and rules.
• Provide expert support regarding SCIF compliance, access and procedural requirements, and operational expectations.
• Facilitate secure and compartmented operations through personnel coordination and process management activities.
• Convert prototype program needs into actionable requirements and resource inputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to allocate resources for prototype development initiatives.
• Engage with government customers, contractors, and internal program stakeholders to support technical and facility operations.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, a technical field, business, or a related area (or equivalent practical experience) is necessary.
• A minimum of twenty (20) years of relevant experience is required.
• Successful completion of a background and drug screening check is essential.
• Experience working with the Government and/or serving as a Government civilian at the GS-14 level or higher, or equivalent operational experience supporting senior government activities is required.
• Extensive experience with Government facilities support processes, including work coordination, tracking, and compliance requirements is necessary.
• Proven, in-depth experience in supporting or managing audits, safety inspections, and compliance activities for government or government-adjacent facilities/operations is essential.
• Demonstrated experience working in a classified environment is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SCIF requirements, security controls, and SCIF access/protocol, including visitor/escort protocols, handling procedures, badge/access processes, and compartmented area operations is necessary.
• Formal education or hands-on experience in an engineering or technical field is required.
• Strong understanding of the prototype development lifecycle and necessary resources, such as planning inputs, procurement support, facility/utilities needs, test readiness requirements, and sustainment considerations is essential.
• Majority of the work will be conducted in an office setting.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds is required.
• Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus, are necessary.
