📋 Description

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for enhancement.

• Develop structured diagnoses and hypotheses concerning growth, efficiency, and productivity.

• Perform both quantitative and qualitative analyses to confirm potential business drivers.

• Prioritize and deliver strategic recommendations to the Director of Operations and relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in defining metrics and analytical models that support strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in conducting strategic analyses focused on customer acquisition and retention within sales and/or Customer Success operations.

• Knowledge of SaaS business metrics such as MRR, CAC, Churn, LTV, Payback, etc.

• Background in operational efficiency analyses.

• Strong ability to formulate the right questions, decompose large problems into manageable parts, and think logically.

• Proficient with numbers, ratios, variance, and metrics; possess a solid understanding of applied statistics and critical data interpretation.

• Eagerness to challenge assumptions and delve into root causes rather than accepting superficial explanations or data.

• Capable of translating analyses into clear, actionable, and evidence-based conclusions.
