This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Engage in all facets of data, ranging from engineering to the development of advanced visualizations, machine learning models, and experimental frameworks.

• Examine and interpret extensive (PB-scale) datasets encompassing transactional, operational, and customer information through a combination of proprietary and open-source data tools, platforms, and analytical resources.

• Convert intricate findings into straightforward visual representations and actionable recommendations for implementation by operational teams and executives.

• Function within a dynamic industry and organization where swift market entry is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in an Analytics or Data Science position.

• Capability to swiftly learn and utilize new tools and techniques, including proprietary analytical software, data models, and programming languages.

• Proficiency in identifying, investigating, and elucidating trends and patterns within data.

• Skill in analyzing and distilling complex concepts and technical insights into clear and accessible language.

• Expertise in two or more of the following: analytical software such as R or SAS; data visualization platforms like Qlikview, Tableau, or PowerBI; database management tools such as SQL, NoSQL, or Neo4J; and programming languages such as VBA, C++, Java, or Python.

• Previous experience in client-facing consulting or business transformation is preferred.

• A strong interest in emerging technologies related to Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
