This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gain insights into operational processes and convert them into technical specifications.
• Participate in projects focused on process automation and data analytics utilizing contemporary BI and data platforms.
• Extract, cleanse, and integrate data from both internal and external sources.
• Develop and manage automated workflows and pipelines in Databricks using SQL, PySpark, and notebooks/jobs.
• Leverage AI coding assistants like Claude Code to enhance the development, testing, and documentation of BI tools and automation processes.
• Work in conjunction with the DT and Data Science teams to enhance and maintain solutions.
• Design straightforward, actionable visualizations that direct users towards actionable insights.
• Oversee project deliverables and timelines with well-defined plans and regular status updates.
• Provide mentorship to junior team members as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, data analytics, BI development, or process automation.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with a modern data/BI platform, such as Databricks or Power BI.
• At least 2 years of experience working directly with business or functional teams to identify requirements or enhance processes.
• A minimum of 1 year in a leadership role or serving as the technical lead on a project or workstream.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar technologies.
• Proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation tasks.
• Experience applying FLIGHT DECK principles to promote standard work and continuous improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical details into business-oriented insights.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
