Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain centralized corporate dashboards that report business-wide KPIs for the Senior Management Team.

• Collaborate with team leaders from Support, Sales, PMO, Product Management, Finance, and Strategic Enablement.

• Comprehend operational requirements, collect analytical needs, and provide customized data insights.

• Design, construct, and enhance data pipelines, models, and architecture that integrate various internal systems.

• Examine performance data to uncover trends, operational bottlenecks, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.

• Deliver data-driven business recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.

• Establish and uphold standardized definitions, metrics, and methods for data collection.

• Ensure data hygiene, integrity, and validation processes are maintained.

• Carry out reasonable employment tasks assigned by a supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.

• Preferred background in Healthcare IT, Software, or SaaS.

• Practical experience in developing central enterprise dashboards, data models, and database pipelines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related technical field is required.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, database design, and ETL/pipelining concepts.

• Advanced knowledge of modern BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Capability to convert complex datasets into business-focused recommendations and clear executive narratives.

• Experience in integrating data from Zendesk, Smartsheet, CRM/HubSpot, Jira, and ERP/financial software.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

• Strong organizational, timeline management, and problem-solving abilities.

• High integrity, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
