Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead and enhance Data & BI products to foster insight-driven decision making.

• Generate clear and actionable insights from various complex datasets.

• Implement processes that ensure data is standardized, high quality, and reliable.

• Develop structured data pipelines to support business tools and analytics demands.

• Gather Data & BI requirements from team members within accounts.

• Conduct data training workshops to integrate Data & BI products and boost adoption.

• Apply data modeling techniques to create forecasting and predictive analyses.

• Engage with both internal and external JLL BI Community for personal growth and knowledge exchange.

• Advocate for data-driven decision making, best practices, knowledge sharing, and standards.

• Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders located in different geographical areas.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, and/or Technical roles.

• Experience in business analysis, consulting/data advisory, and/or project management.

• Proven ability to synthesize complex and ambiguous data to derive actionable insights through effective communication and visualization.

• Competence in conceptualizing intricate business challenges and translating them into well-structured analytics outputs.

• Capability to conduct exploratory data mining on large and complex datasets.

• Proficient in preparing, querying, and analyzing data using SQL.

• Intermediate knowledge of code-free ETL technologies such as Alteryx or Databricks.

• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau.

• Experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake and integrating data using APIs.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Fluency in English is essential for success in this role.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or demonstrable expert skills, in BI, data science, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, Information Management, or a related analytical discipline.

• An advanced degree is preferred.
