Health Care Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in the collection of requirements and establish the scope and objectives of business needs.

• Record requirements, including use cases, and convert them into specifications for system requirements.

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned reporting systems, assisting internal teams, members, and external customers.

• Manage the complete reporting lifecycle: design, development, testing, documentation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Create and update technical documentation for reporting systems.

• Navigate multiple competing priorities effectively.

• Communicate through email, JIRA tickets, and phone calls.

• Provide support to the Population Health/Reporting Analytics department and OCHIN’s Clinic Membership along with business partners.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Healthcare IT.

• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in Ambulatory or Acute Care environments.

• Current Epic certification in Cogito or Clarity; if no certification, at least two years of experience in Cogito or Clarity is preferred/required.

• Proficiency in SQL, Epic Cogito, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, and Tableau.

• Experience with SQL, Business Objects, and Crystal Reports is mandatory.

• Ability to identify, define, and analyze end-user requirements and timelines.

• Capability to work independently and effectively from a home office.
