Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert intricate data into actionable insights for revenue cycle leadership, internal stakeholders, and clients.

• Create innovative and insightful Power BI dashboards.

• Leverage key business insights to facilitate informed decisions for both the organization and clients.

• Assist in establishing Power BI development standards, reusable templates, documentation practices, quality assurance processes, and deployment controls.

• Offer technical guidance, conduct peer reviews, and provide mentorship to analysts developing Power BI capabilities.

• Perform detailed data validation, transformation, and analysis to guarantee data quality.

• Oversee timelines and document processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Maintain definitions of metrics, workbook calculations, and documentation related to data architecture.

• Contribute to the development of standardized workflows and best practices.

• Collaborate with Epic Clarity writers, client IT teams, data architects, business analysts, and end users.

• Collect requirements and translate operational needs into data strategies and solutions that align with revenue and business objectives.

• Suggest enhancements to BI solutions and improve analytics capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model certification is mandatory.

• Experience with Power BI is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Data Engineering, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of three years of experience in healthcare analytics or business intelligence.

• Strong grasp of effective data visualization and dashboard design principles.

• At least three years of experience in developing, publishing, and maintaining production-level Power BI dashboards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions.
