• Cultivate relationships with qualified prospects in a high-ticket direct sales framework

• Seasoned professionals with experience in sales, business development, consultative sales, premium sales, account management, business consulting, coaching & leadership, entrepreneurship, real estate, insurance, recruiting, client relationship management, or corporate leadership

• Proven sales or relationship-building experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Self-assured in engaging with professionals and business owners

• Consultative sales approach

• Strong self-discipline and effective time-management skills

• Independent and entrepreneurial mindset

• High level of professionalism and personal integrity

• Eagerness to learn and apply established systems

• Comfort using Zoom, CRM platforms, digital communication, and online tools

• Reliable access to a computer and internet

• Capability to communicate professionally, build trust, identify needs, master a proven process, and follow through

• Proficiency in English is mandatory
