Senior Business Execution Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive intricate business projects by setting objectives, evaluating business value, assessing financial and operational impacts, analyzing risks, and advising senior leadership on potential actions.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitive dynamics, client requirements, technological advancements, industry changes, and developments in the AI sector.

• Oversee cross-functional initiatives from initial concept through pilot phases, launch preparations, and ongoing performance evaluation.

• Set key milestones, establish KPIs, define decision-making points, and develop risk management strategies.

• Collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and influence decision-making processes.

• Create materials suitable for leadership for both internal and external engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, financial services, banking/fintech, technology strategy, or business execution.

• Strong preference for experience in investment solutions or wealth management.

• Proven ability to lead intricate workstreams or initiatives encompassing strategic framing, analysis, stakeholder alignment, leadership communication, implementation planning, and outcome tracking.

• High-level PowerPoint expertise, including story development, visual integration, and message customization for SLT/Board presentations.

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including conducting market and competitive analysis, basic financial modeling, and scenario/sensitivity assessments.

• Capability to influence without direct authority and escalate issues judiciously.

• Preferred experience in evaluating AI/ML solutions within regulated financial services contexts.
