This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Assist in lead generation, pipeline development, meeting organization, qualification, and CRM improvement across various markets.
• Assess incoming leads and generate outbound leads through phone calls, online platforms, email communication, corporate events, and direct mailing campaigns.
• Facilitate participation in Outseer-sponsored events and webinars.
• Discover new business opportunities, foster customer relationships, and propel early stages of the sales pipeline.
• Engage with targeted accounts through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn interactions, and events.
• Investigate accounts and contacts to identify buying teams, business requirements, and decision-makers; add prospects to the CRM system.
• Qualify and nurture both inbound and outbound leads, scheduling appointments for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
• Plan, implement, and monitor multi-touch outreach sequences utilizing sales cadence platforms like Lemlist.
• Address objections and articulate Outseer’s value proposition to decision-makers.
• Transfer qualified leads to Account Managers along with comprehensive discovery notes.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the sales team.
• Promote engagement and attendance for regional events, executive dinners, and Sales and Marketing initiatives.
• Keep updated on Outseer’s product offerings.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence.
• Achieve or surpass Sales Accepted Lead and pipeline development goals.
• Create prospecting strategies, outreach methods, and campaign innovations.
• Contribute to cross-functional Sales and Marketing projects.
• Represent Outseer at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminars as required.
• Provide reports on lead status, discovery sessions, pipeline progress, and outreach activities.
• Maintain precise CRM records, notes, activities, and prospect details.
• Analyze performance metrics to enhance conversion rates and optimize outreach processes.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing & Business.
• Over 4 years of experience in customer service, inbound and outbound telesales, or market development activities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to convert technical information into easily understandable language for clients.
• Willingness to learn about product offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to network and research competitors and clients.
• Proficient in CRM and sales engagement platforms, including Salesforce, Lemlist, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Skilled in using AI-powered tools for prospect research, account insights, outreach personalization, messaging, and daily productivity.
• Capacity for adaptability and openness to change.
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with ownership of outcomes.
• Effective in managing workload, prioritization, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Strong facilitation and written communication abilities.
