Senior Business Analyst – Payments

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collect and critically assess requirements from Product, Customer Management, and various stakeholders.

• Examine business challenges and convert them into functional solutions.

• Aid in defining and prioritizing the backlog.

• Recognize functional impacts and risks related to changes.

• Draft User Stories and functional specifications.

• Engage in estimating and planning modifications with technical teams.

• Guarantee the functional consistency of the solutions that are implemented.

• Assist teams throughout the development lifecycle until the production release.

• Offer expertise in Acceptance and Acquiring.

• Keep track of industry advancements and predict their implications.

• Provide support to colleagues on intricate topics and disseminate knowledge.

• Contribute to the overall enhancement of payments expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Master’s degree or equivalent (Bac+5).

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including several years in payments or payment systems.

• Extensive experience in Business Analysis / Business Ownership (MOA).

• Strong background in analyzing and formalizing requirements.

• Able to work effectively with both technical and business teams.

• Solid understanding of Acceptance / Acquiring environments.

• Experience in creating functional specifications and working within an Agile framework.

• Familiarity with NEXO, CB2A, or ISO 8583 is a significant advantage.

• Self-motivated, inquisitive, and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
