Senior Business Analyst – Financial Management System

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, analyze, refine, and prioritize business requirements that align with strategic objectives.

• Partner closely with Product Owners, developers, QA engineers, and designers to ensure precise implementation of requirements.

• Assess existing business processes, systems, and workflows to pinpoint optimization opportunities and suggest scalable solutions.

• Develop and maintain documentation, which includes user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.

• Break down high-level business needs into detailed, actionable requirements.

• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Assist in backlog refinement, prioritization, and preparation for estimation activities.

• Foster communication between business and technical stakeholders.

• Conduct demonstrations and presentations to highlight delivered functionalities and keep stakeholders engaged.

• Prepare user documentation and facilitate solution adoption.

• Contribute to the continuous enhancement of business analysis practices and the effective use of AI-powered tools in daily operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Business Analyst within Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proficiency in requirements gathering, user story creation, decomposition, and backlog organization.

• Understanding of APIs and system integrations.

• SQL skills for data extraction and validation.

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Practical experience utilizing AI-powered tools for documentation, analysis, process optimization, or data interpretation.

• Strong skills in AI prompting and the ability to incorporate AI into daily work processes.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ownership mindset with a proactive and delivery-focused approach.

• Experience with financial management or accounting systems.

• Understanding of financial accounting processes.

• Experience with advanced UX or prototyping tools.

• Experience integrating AI tools into product or business analysis workflows.
