Senior Business Analyst – BT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document requirements from business stakeholders, translating them into Salesforce solutions, configurations, and system designs.

• Evaluate current solutions and user behaviors to pinpoint enhancements in Salesforce user experience, automation, reporting, and data integrity.

• Perform gap analyses concentrating on the standard functionalities of Salesforce compared to custom solutions.

• Convert business requirements into user stories within an Agile framework and collaborate with development teams.

• Monitor system issues, formulate recommendations, and ensure prompt resolution.

• Create as-is and to-be process maps based on interviews with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with QA to determine test cases, validate changes, and confirm business requirements.

• Recognize opportunities for data quality improvement and convert business needs into reporting requirements.

• Handle multiple competing priorities and participate in cross-functional projects.

• Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence outcomes in line with business priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or technical support.

• Practical experience in translating business needs into Salesforce solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and convert requirements into user stories.

• Experience in supporting Salesforce enhancements within Agile frameworks.

• Proven experience collaborating with development and QA teams.

• Strong skills in problem-solving, process analysis, and documentation.

• Capability to build relationships, articulate complex concepts clearly, and influence stakeholders across various teams.

• Background in higher education, edtech, or student success environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, reporting, or data management is advantageous.

• Experience in leading or supporting business transformation initiatives, user adoption, new technologies, and AI-enabled tools is beneficial.
